"I had the worst experience staying in a hotel for the first time "

"Great room but wasn’t able to get hot water from my shower, but yet had hot water from the bathroom tap. Staff were great tho and the location is perfect!"

"Hotel is very well located - close walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Old Quebec. Buffet breakfast was quite good. Pool, gym, and sauna were excellent. "

"Quaint hotel with wonderful reception staff. Very nice continental breakfast brought up to your room hanging right outside your door in a pretty thermos bag waiting for you. The bed was very clean and comfy. The bathroom clean and functional too. Our room was a standard room with queen bed. The only thing i would change is carpeting which is due to be replaced soon but overall it was a very nice experience. Parking available nearby. Wonderful less touristy area provides better dining experiences. Lots of locals and art gallaries. Near the pie. Area was populated with active people jogging even in the worst weather. Loved the vibe. "

"Room 2409 was close to the elevators which we heard all night, we could not take a shower as there was a plumbing problem, and the mattres was too soft which prevented us from sleeping. Ginny & André"
