Quebec Accommodation

Rooms were a little small however the location and service was amazing. My first room was on the west side with a great view of the cathedral, the north side, not such a great view :) I would go out of my way in the future to book here again. If you are traveling by train it is so convenient. I'm sure parking is a fortune of course but if you're staying here you probably don't blush at an extra $23/day. The front desk staff were great, the fitness room and pool were great too. The business centre had incovenient hours and depending on who was there I was charged varying rates for using the computers which was confusing. Wireless is pricey in your room but if you are in the president's club I think it's complimentary. Overall, I loved it for location to all neighborhoods and transit to I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Montreal and would recommend it to others.

I arrived a day early and departed a day early, which they were able to accommodate me with no trouble. The location, downtown, was perfect. Every thing I needed was available. GREAT STAY.

The hotel is charmng; the rooms, up-to-date and beautiful. Wait until you see your bathroom sink! Wow factor +. This hotel is in walking distance of EVERYTHING and if, like us, you end up with unfortunate weather: no problem. You can pop back to your hotel frequently for the free latte machine. Seriously good coffee. Very helpful staff; fluently bilingual, and genuinely glad to see you. I've been chary of visiting la belle province: don't let a language barrier stop you. You will be glad you came. Note about parking: hey, if you've driven into old town Quebec, I think you're likely pretty competent behind the wheel. When you arrive, there's a bit of pavement for you to park on whilst you unload and check in. They'll give you a map and excellent directions to your parking spot (credit card handy when you pull in beneath city hall: $16/day). It's a bit of a drive there #one-way streets, so you've got to go the long way#, but walking back to the hotel is a snap. The breakfast buffet is better than I expected: sure, there was the usual toast and jam thing, but there were also crepes and real maple syrup; boiled eggs; cheese; and a surprisingly good pork pate #not the oily kind#, cut into cubes. Think of it as a really good #cold# sausage without the squish factor. Excellent coffee, and an entire array of teas. Oh, and orange juice. I'd go back there in a heartbeat.

It was a very quite and relax stays/ vacations, but unfortunately during their renovation period. Over all a very comfortable stay. Restaurant is perfectly clean and very good foods. You must try....

Fantastic location,the staff were very friendly and the rooms were lovely. Can't fault it really. We stayed in a one bed suite which was excellent for the three of us. The hot tub is amazing and I am surprised they don't make more of a thing of it. It is a really unusual and very large. Loads of extra towels there great after skiing. Parking underneath the hotel is covered and secure, it's 12 dollars a day but there are loads of taxes in Tremblant which take it up to near 15 but at least you know your car is safe. I thought the breakfast is fine good variety and plenty of it.The 4-6 thing is a bit pointless not like you would get in Austria. Soup or Chilli and nachos something like that. They don't have pay per view films but great Internet connection(free) and they will lend you a DVD player for free and films are available in the village. Free ski locks, you can buy logs for 5 dollars for the fire. Free toiletries, maid service and fresh towel every day If you live in America great if travelling from Europe unless its a special occasion go to Austria they have the ski resort to a higher standard and Tremblant is like a copy of a European village but without the history or dining choices. That said we had a great time as it was a special occasion for us and the only reason we wouldn't go there again is the cost. Ski hire is about 3 times as much as Europe. For lift passes they are very expensive unless you get a season pass, like a spring pass for 199 dollars
