"Le Hilton de Québec est un bel hôtel avec un emplacement idéal pour la ville et particulièrement pour le SILQ. Par contre, si vous avez besoin d'y accéder plus tôt, en raison de vos obligations, soyez avisé que vous devrez débourser 50$ additionnels pour une arrivée hâtive. Je n’ai pas très bien compris ce frais car cela ne m'est jamais arrivé de devoir payer pour arriver plus tôt et cela m’arrive souvent car je voyage souvent en train et j'aime bien me rafraîchir avant une rencontre d'Affaires. Je vais souvent sur Montréal et à ce jour je n'ai eu aucun frais d’arrivée hâtive. Ce n'est peut-être pas la mer à boire 50$ mais au prix des chambres lors d'événements, je trouve tout de même cela abusif. Autrement, cet hôtel est bien c'est un Hilton, donc pas de soucis de services... "

"Tip top hotel, great experience throughout. Wonderful hotel, clean rooms and amenities were great along with the restaurants. Close to everything in the old town, would absolutely stay again. "

"All great except the room temperature was set to 32 degrees and blowing hot air when we arrived. You can’t open the windows, so it was a difficult sleep. We got the room down to 25 degrees by the middle of the night."

"Excellent location, really accessible. Clean, if slightly spartan room. Poor soundproofing led to some invasive noise from the bars and clubs on Grande Allée, and from other guest rooms."

"Positives: Restaurant Ciel has an amazing view and good food. The staff is polite but nothing remarkable and communication between staff seems to lack when we need something in the room to be checked. 9 minutes by foot from the Convention center of Quebec. Negatives: 1)Poor air circulation, we couldn't see the radiator at the beginning of our stay because furniture was in front of it. But even when we were able to turn it on, the air still felt dry and we worked up every night to drink water. Also no water bottle offered by the hotel at the beginning to f the stay. 2) The mattress and the pillow was too firm. We didn't sleep well. 3) the spas in the hotel was barely warm. Almost the same temperature of the pool. 4) the phone wasn't working in our room. Just take any cheap loft nearby and don't bother to pay more to go to Le Concorde."
