"This hotel met my needs perfectly for a 5 day stay in Edinburgh. I had just gotten off a 7 day hike in the Higlands and needed their laundry facilities to clean up my hiking clothes. Having the kitchen available meant I did not have to go out for every meal and could eat a little healthier because I was preparing the food. Being on the royal mile meant I was close to the train station for 2 day trips, and close to town to see sights. I was frustrated that I had to drag my packed bag 10...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The room we were given was in an older wing of the hotel, which worried us. There was no direct elevator access, and it was a bit of a labyrinth to find the right staircase. But we were SO pleased with the room itself. Even lovelier than the photos.
