"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. "We stayed here at Marlin Waterloos for 7 days and it was wonderful! They cleaned the room every 2 days, and were super helpful whenever we had questions. The location was incredible. We were a 2 minute walk from a perfect bus stop to get around and less than 10 minute walk to multiple under grand tube stations and railways. It was only 10 minutes or so walk to many great attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament and many more. Would highly recommend...

"Was very lovely and modern facility. Liked being on Fleet Street during Easter weekend...so quiet. Very convenient to Trafalgar Square and a 5 minute walk from the Tube. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months. "
