"Missed a flight and was able to procure a room for the night at the Ridges SAH. The cleanliness, aesthetics, and comfort have been among the best I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend. Price Note: Book through Expedia and it is usually a substantial amount cheaper and only took approx. 20-30 minutes from the time of booking to the time the reservation shows up in their (the hotel's) systems. Very helpful and happy staff on top of it all made the experience that much sweeter. Thank you RSAH"

The rooms are gorgeous the staff so accomodating and the location is perfect for both walking to dinner and a few cheeky cocktails to being able to visit all major sights and shop to your hearts content! We stayed there for just one night during VIVID and during check out, we reported a problem with the shower head that impacted our enjoyment of showers. The Assistant Manager listened to us and offered us free breakfasts to make up for it. Lovely gesture which we appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Sydney.
