"Very charming property in a relatively quiet area, good customer service and room service was efficient. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming towards guests staying at the hotel. The only thing to impove is the spa service. Although the spa I had was nice however I felt that the price was too high compared to other places that offer a similar service."

"Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back."

"We really loved it. Fantastic pool with daily activities for kids. Enjoyed lounging around beside the pool and swimming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Really good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet and the happy hour were also a winners. The location was within walking distance to shops but further from the beach. But a shuttle bus was available if needed. The staff were impeccable. So warm and friendly. The only thing I could critique was that while the rooms were spacious and clean - they were just a little dated but we didn’t minds that as everything else was excellent. We definitely want to stay there again."
