You get what you pay for! I needed a bed close to the airport for a very early morning flight and that’s exactly what this is. The hotel is very tired and the shower was possibly the worst I have ever had but it was so cheap and it’s location is excellent for the airport and easy parking

Positives - beautiful hotel in great grounds. Had tea in the restaurant which was very good. Bed was huge.
Negatives - couldn't get bath to work and my wife was kept awake during the night by noise in room next door. Use of the spa was £20 per person (which I was willing to pay) but was then told we couldn't use it until 5pm. We'd arrived at 3pm with plan to go in spa before our friends arrived later.

The main part of the hotel was stunning. The room I was in & the grounds needs a little TLC and. But overall comfortable night. The lates and resivour was lovely to walk around and spot local wildlife etc.
