"The staff were so lovely, we travelled with my mum who is 91 years old and they were so great with our family. As i saw them like this with all the guests, will definitely stay again. "
"Basic room but we had a balcony overlooking the river. We had a private room with our own bathroom. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Can't beat the location for the price. "

"On arrival the greeting was so welcoming. We had also had an upgrade in room. The room spotless and a gorgeous view of the well maintained garden. The breakfast was amazing with both a choice of fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt. Then a coked breakfast with several choices of either full cooked or eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs and bacon, eggs Florentine also vegetarian choices. This was an outstanding experience."
"We loved our stay at Crow Park. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We were there while a Rick Steves tour was on, and the staff went extra to assure we were welcomed and well looked after too. They were super accommodating about answering our questions, and friendly - clearly seem to enjoy learning about us as guests. The hotel was full, yet we were well cared for. It was an easy walk too to get from the bus to the hotel, and then into town. "
"Our room was a Superior room, very clean and spacious.
The staff on Reception and in the dining room were friendly and helpful.
The hotel has nice grounds and plenty of car parking.
It is ideally situated for the town."
"Our room was lovely, and the house hotel is absolutely stunning. From here, we could see CatBells Mountain and Fitz Park, where people were playing golf. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking is right next to the building. All are excellent."
"What a great hotel! We stayed for two nights and it was perfect! The location was idea, the room was clean and had everything needed too. The staff was amazing and the included breakfast was so good each morning. Thank you for having us!"
"My wife and I spent two nights at the property in September and found it a very good base for the northern lake district. It is withing walking distance of Keswick and it is a very pleasant walk through the fields, so no need to move the car and search for parking in Keswick. Portinscale is a very pretty and quiet little village, with one nice pub. Craig and Clare were perfect hosts, very informative and friendly. Our only regret is that we should have stayed at least one more day."
"Excellent location for our walking experience.
The breakfasts were lovely, the rooms clean and the staff attentive. For us it ticked all the boxes! Thank you!"
