Great location and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved the deck overlooking the Esplanade and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc.

The Resort was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was oldish and wasn't exactly clean i.e. mould in bathroom/toilet and kitchen cooktop. But overall, for the price, it was a huge apartment and we enjoyed our stay :)

Overall the stay was good. We had a few issues, that were promptly addressed by staff when brought to their attention. The hotel is old and a bit run down - but it was in a great location and was exactly what we needed. The pool was too cold to use at the time of year we were there and quiet deep so not suitable for small kids. Overall happy with the stay.

The resort just has a beautiful feel to it; surrounded by lush garden, and on the lagoon. Despite being so big, it is very well configured to feel very private and quiet.

So central and convenient place to stay. The pool deck was amazing, the staff are great as well. Loved my stay and would book again.

We checked in late and checked out early and then we out for snorkeling, really wanted a shower so we went back and asked the staff, she gave us access to the swimming pool to take a shower. Really appreciated. We brought breakfast which is really good!

We would have preferred a buffet breakfast but the Alacarte was very nice .Katrin at breakfast was wonderful and looked after us really well. All the staff from reception to housekeeping to hospitality were especially helpful. There is a Woolworths just around the corner and the bus terminal is a comfortable walk, even for us seniors. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom had a separate toilet with basin. body wash shampoo and conditioner were on the wall dispensers which was very convenient. Lifts were prompt even though the hotel was at capacity. Generally a great hotel in a convenient location with great staff. We will stay here again!
