We hit a bad week. The second lift was not working so only one lift for a 30 storey building was not good! Cleaners had to use this one lift as well. And one day that one lift broke down for about 2 hours. The pool was out of service for repairs. A lot of construction around at the moment to build more accommodation ready for the Olympic Games. The furniture needs updating. The oven needs a desperate clean! The filter in the washing machine was mouldy. No condiments - Salt and Pepper. The good things: free carpark, close to the beach, close to the tram station, receptionist was friendly and helpful. Quieter at night than being right in Surfers Paradise. Reasonably central location. Self contained apartment - can cook, wash and dry your clothes. We were upgraded to a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Yes, I would book at Artique again.

Everything u need in an apartment close walking distance to all amenities and will definitely stay here again

Room clean staff friendly and helpful

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in Broadbeach. Great selection of swimming pools and also a sauna. Easy undercover parking also. The room was a bit dated but nice and clean and awesome view for people watching. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks.

We had a fantastic check in experience! Forgive me as I have forgotten the name of the gentleman who checked us in. We had a baby with us and arrived early so he worked to provide us with a room that was ready. We did not expect this but truly appreciated it. It really made our stay so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Baby was able to have a great nap! The city view was beautiful and it is very close to darling harbour and Chinatown. It was a little bit confusing trying to get there from convention light rail station. Head into the carpark, catch the lift to level 4 then turn left and follow the green line and pass through the footbridge! Amenities are as advertised but the rooms could do with a little face lift. Overall a great stay

Reception stinks if cigarette smoke, private spa bath still had dirty water in it and didn’t look clean, light missing from balcony. Main pool looked decent and the location. Place needs a bit of tlc, don’t recommend booking 3brm apt if elderly or have mobility issues.
