We went to this hotel for the first time. The first thing we noticed, they do not accommodate any early check in’s at all. So far we have been to several hotels in diff Areas of the island, and all accomodated us. But we understand, they have a policy. But because we got hussled everwhere we went, from hotel employees trying to force us to join and buy their membership to the people trying to sell tours, jewelry, paint, or pictures. Even in the pool area, in front of restaurants etc. It was definitely too much, even after repeatedly telling them we are not interested, thank you! At restaurants we got usually ignored, usually no spoons on the tables or salt. Basic things, we had to wait many times a long time for a waiter to bring water or coffee. Th
