We love everything about this place. From the location to the walking distance to a variety of restaurants and cool spots. We’d love to come back!

Too much soliciting. Felt like I had no peace, from staff trying to get me to go to a 1 hour long welcome meet, staff trying to sell me weed constantly even though I told them I don’t smoke, trying to sell me coconuts to trying to sell me alcohol. It just did stop, we had two tvs with only one remote. I told them about the issue from day 1, I stayed 7 days and it was never corrected, the food was not great, meat was dry and chewy. Long lines and long waits to get into the buffet for every meal and a lot of the staff were just super impolite and lack professionalism

The room was gross not clean at all there was mold in the bathroom we only had two towels called for more and they ran out

Beautiful, classy, clean and modern resort. The staff were friendly, warm, helpful, entertaining and welcoming. We were a group of 9 and being seated at the buffet or special dining restaurant were always a breeze. They made our birthday celebrations feel extra special and kept us informed of the nightly events on the resort. My favorites were the Michael Jackson show, bull riding and the beach party. Everything was beautiful, the pool area is spacious and you never felt confined. Highly recommend.
