"An immaculate, modern and luxurious resort. Instead of windows in public areas, it's all completely open to the stunning views as well as constantly refreshing breezes flowing through. The whole place is literally a breath of fresh air! There's a great selection of restaurants serving tasty food. The desserts felt a little cheap but otherwise the food was very good.
Another complaint I had was that, in the rooms, the mugs provided were the smallest I've ever seen and there was no spoon provided. My message to the resort is, you clearly respect your customers. You provide a 5 star experience right from the start, from a seated check in experience, staff treating guests like royalty, stunning interiors and a luxurious bedroom, so why fall at the last hurdle with tiny mugs and no spoons?!
Personally I found the live music in the sports bar and pool bar deafening to the point my ears hurt, I noticed people leaving, including myself. It's frustrating when you can't have a conversation because of the music.
Lastly, the front beach had no showers to wash sandy feet etc but otherwise the facilities were absolutely 5 star. Luxurious infinity pools, direct access to private pools for ground floor rooms, plenty of palm trees, plenty of comfortable shaded pool and beach side seating. The view at night with the whole resort and pools lit up is absolutely mesmerising. I find myself unable to move, unable to stop gazing at it all. I felt complety relaxed at peace.
