Every staff member that we dealt with were probably the best I've ever encountered. All were extremely friendly and quick to serve. I feel the young host at breakfast needs a helper. He was checking people in for breakfast while also cleaning and setting up the tables, which created a long line at times. He's definitely a good little worker and deserves to only have to do one or the other. The room itself was very nice and clean, however, the carpeting and the comforter under the duvet had some seriously large stains. The hotel is also within walking distance of the train station and all the restaurants and shops, making it an ideal location if not renting a car. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The room and location were great! Helpful staff with recommendations and great room service. Our only issue was not having a fan in the bathroom. It got pretty steamy from the shower and water dripped from the walls and ceiling. Bottom of the bathroom door was dirty, which we only noticed because it got on the floor mat. Nice hotel, but can't really take a hot shower there.
