Everything was good - pool, services,bar, entertainment team was amazing.. keeping the mood of members up.. food is not up to satisfactory.. I have also a concern that they were not able to refund for day when my flight got delayed for a day.. I would have expected them to resolve that easily..

The staff was more than courteous, helpful and very accommodating. The grounds were beautiful. Plenty of options and choices for dining. When I compare the property to the Royal Sands that I have stayed the last two years, there are a lot of maintenance issues especially the pool area. Floors and windows needed a lot more attention to cleaning. That being said I enjoyed my stay and would visit again in the future.
