Lovely hotel

Loved our stay at Page8 for a few reasons. 1) very clean room and rather spacious for even 2 large luggages 2) great washroom setup with good water pressure and lighting 3) housekeeping does a good job every time 4) security at entrance at night made the stay feel safe as sometimes theres random people wandering about in front of the hotel 5) easy to adjust room temperature AC setting 6) excellent location - close to a bunch of transit stops and a lot of tourist attractions were within walking distance

What We Loved Service: The entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Ambiance & Facilities: The hotel interior is beautiful and impeccably clean. The ambiance made for a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast: The morning breakfast buffet was fresh, good quality, and an enjoyable start to the day. Area for Improvement Lunch & Dinner: While the restaurant service and decor were top-notch, the quality of the food during lunch and dinner was disappointing. The dishes fell short of the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. With a bit more attention to the culinary side, this place would be absolute perfection.

Excellent service and wonderful 3 day stay. The staff were so amazing on entry. We managed an upgrade which was not expected. Very helpful check in process. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, drapes very effective, modern plug ins, and very nice bathroom. We had an adjoining room with family and that was fantastic. Third floor but did not note any street noise. Slept very well. The breakfast buffet was brilliant with lots of great, fresh choices and also efficient for getting on with your day. Great location for shopping, restaurants, seeing the area, and getting access to the subway if needed. If you happen to be seeing a performance at Albert Hall, I recommend making a reservation at Da Mario's in Kensington and taking the ten minute walk there before the show. You'll be right there after dinner. Anyway, absolutely no complaints. Great way to end our trip. Hope to return. Many thanks to the staff!
