Vietnam Beach Holidays

Salinda is a beautiful, private location. It’s like being on an island by yourself. The view of the beach and pool are spectacular and the gardens are lush. Everything is integrated with nature and it is healing and recuperative and a great way to unwind after the rush, rush of traveling through Japan and mainland Vietnam. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great too (though we only ate the breakfast in-site—we ate at local restaurants for dinner (I highly recommend the Lobster Cave, near the night market.). Salinda staff cleaned our rooms every day without being asked; towels and umbrellas are provided depending on your needs and everything is provided with loving care. I truly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Salinda and will definitely try to come back. The only negative: it doesn’t appear that the hotels and bars in Vietnam don’t really understand how to make international cocktails. (Like pina coladas (not blended) for my daughter, or cosmopolitans for me.). But it’s a minor complaint. Everything else was top notch.

The property had access to the beach, pool, and it was not far from Hoi An Old Town. We were able to do daily excursions conveniently. They are currently doing heavy construction to preserve the beach area off the coast in front of the hotel.

Great stay! Rooms excellent, same for the breakfast, staff, facilities. Recommended.

Beautiful stay. Plenty of options provided by the hotel regarding inclusive shuttle buses & bicycle use to town or beach. Hotel breakfast was great during the stay aswell as the reception team with any requests.

Great location in the old town!

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Very good breakfast but the staff takes a long time to serve you coffee or eggs. Seems they need more organization in this area.

Great location, very convenient.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms with basic furnishings. Rooms with no sea view look out on very close neighboring building—literally no view. (I chose this option due to price, so I was completely fine with it, but be aware.) Rooftop pool is clean and beautiful. Breakfast buffet has wide variety and is beautifully presented. Easy access to long stretch of clean public beach and nice restaurants. Happy to recommend!

The villas were fantastic and quite the luxury experience. Highly recommend!
