the downside to the villas was the kitchen; there is no cooking pans to prepare a warm meal or microwave, the villas charge for renting a cooking pans/pots for daily use, which is unusual for a high-end villas resort. hopefully they will make an exemption in near the future for not charging customers for using pots and pans.

Grumpy ladies in the morning for breakfast.
Ac broken. Curtains stained.
Table not stable.
Mirror make-up not secured
Did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel.
No I will not recommend this hotel.
I have no plans of staying here again.

The property is under construction, so half of the hotel is dark. So the unoccupied portion, is a bit eerie and full of pigeons. The hotel rooms are on the smaller size. All that said, the place was nice, the location was super great, the staff helpful, the breakfast decent and all in all it was a good place to stay for 13 nights. Thanks holiday beach Danang for a good time.
