"The communication was a bit back and forth with the owner of this property. I think one simple email with instructions would have been better and saved time on both ends. The caravan was clean, although a bit of a damp smell which i guess is expected, the boiler didn't generate warm water kept having to press a button to get it warm. "A very cosy and comfortable stay and the staff were amazingly attentive, they just couldn't do enough for us! Our vegetarian breakfasts were delicious and substantial, kept us going all day. The location for our one night stay was very convenient, being a good halfway point on the south coast between Newhaven, where we needed to be on the first day, and Southampton on the second day. "
