"Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms"
"We enjoyed the castle experience, but our room was by the front desk/lobby and we heard everything that was going on there until late and early in the morning. I paid additional for an extra bed which came as a cot, small, thin mattress, uncomfortable! The food however was the highlight of our stay, do stay for tea time and dinner it’s well worth it! "

"All of us loved, loved, loved Jonathan's beautiful home. The photos do not do justice to just how gorgeous this property and garden is. There are no immediate neighbours and its down a private lane. On the doorstep of such beautiful places to visit. Jonathan was a top host both in greeting us and showing us around, and being so flexible with our requests. He left drinks and food for us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate to book this for any future family get-aways. "
