We had a gorgeous stay at Bridge Cottage, such a welcome pitstop if you're walking the South Downs Way or visiting the local area. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, Miranda is a wonderful host and the location is perfect to enjoy some of the local pubs. We'd highly recommend and will be back!
It was lovely staying in a 17th century cottage. The room was like a step back in time. Very comfortable bed. Modern facilities. Miranda is a great host. She ensured I had a hearty breakfast before carrying on with hiking the South Downs Way. I do recommend.

Bridge Cottage is a rural & very quiet location to stay. Our host Miranda is very welcoming & helpful. The breakfast was lovely & sets you up for the day.
Miranda and Nimrod are fantastic hosts, great communication with a very warm welcome.
Cottage is charming and comfortable, breakfast was very tasty. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
I recently stayed at the Bridge Cottage B&B and had a lovely experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the hostess, Miranda, was very welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The bedroom was large and comfortable -- I highly recommend Bridge Cottage B&B!
If you are looking for a peaceful break with a charming host - then look no further.
A little off the beaten track but all the better for it - quiet nights and a good night sleep.
Well located for Winchester, Chichester, Arundel and Petworth.
Midhurst is good and we can recommend Fratellis.
And the breakfast is great. Just enjoy yourself.
Cosy, quiet, friendly - and dog-friendly! I didn't give five stars for eco-friendliness simply because I'm not able to judge that feature. A brilliant place to stay.
A home from home experience. The host was extremely kind friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail, cinlduing in the excellent directions to get to the property were much appreciated for a business trip.
Excellent host, very welcoming and huge breakfast. Big and hot bath.
A bit of a step from the South Downs Way, but took a bus back which was half hourly at that time of the morning and that was very quick.
Excellent stay. Loved the breakfast, hot soak in the bath, and the warm friendly environment. The owner went above and beyond what was expected. Much appreciated. Thank you.
We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Bridge Cottage. From the helpful directions provided by our host in advance, the welcome upon arrival, the booking made for us at the local pub, which served great food, the lovely quiet cottage accommodation and comfortable room, to the excellent breakfast in the morning. This is a lovely, dog friendly B&B located well for access to a no. of local attractions and the area. The property could do with some maintenance but this didn't detract from an otherwise lovely stay. We will look forward to coming back when next in the area.

This is an old style cottage in a rural setting, which does'nt have the best access, however once there the location is surrounded by woodland and fields which are pleasant. The Lady of the house is a charming individual who was welcoming.
The breakfast catered for dietary needs and was wholesome.
In general a comfortable stay with no frills, but enjoyable none the less.
We would use Bridge Cottage again if we visited the area.
Loved my stay here. Very gracious host and great breakfast in a fabulous glass breakfast room with a wonderful view of the garden. Memorable home and loved the paintings and decorations. Wish there was more time.
Lovely relaxing stay with our dog. The cottage is right next to a path for walking and close walking distance to some nice pubs. Would highly recommend, especially for anyone with a dog!
Friendly host, warm and cozy cottage atmosphere out on the country - very private and quiet too. The room was so nicely appointed and we loved the sound of the babbling stream outside. The bathroom was large and bright and had a big bathtub. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order each day. A wonderful spot away from the madding crowds but so close to so many beautiful places.
A warm welcome was received upon arrival. The cottage was homely and both us and our dog were made to feel welcome. A beautiful setting with two pubs within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

Bit disappointed really with the lady of the house. She seemed very helpful offered her services as a cab to pick our car up which was very nice of her so I took her up on that and she said put another £10 on the bill which I paid gladly. When she spoke to my wife a little later my wife offered her £20 pound for the journey and she gladly took it without mentioning that I had already paid but on her conscious be it won’t be going back strangely enough
