"Everyone at the ryokan was very attentive to our needs. The dinner and breakfast in our room were outstanding. The private onsets were very clean but a little hot. After adding cold water, the onsens were very relaxing. Overall, we had a memorable experience!"

"The hotel is very great! If you search t sleep in a very traditionnal japanese Ryokan (tatami bed, and futon bed), it's perfect. For a budget price, we got a huge room of 45m2 with sea view! At night, we can hear the nice sound of river. The hotel is 13min by walk from atami station and 9min from beach (just follow the river, between very quite old streets). The spa is small but very nice too! "

"Check in process was not foreign friendly. The room was very old style with no private bath/ shower. Furniture with slight damage and worn carpet. 1960-1970-ish hotel. Hotel app needs work, not easy to use. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Indoor and outdoor hot spring bath were nice."
