"Our room was fantastic. We had the privilege master ocean view. 10/10. The staff was also fantastic and very accommodating. The pools were great and all areas were kept very clean. The food was okay, nothing special. The entertainment was lacking, but it is a family-friendly resort, so we were not expecting great adult entertainment. Overall, it was a great experience."

"The pool is great. The staff is great. The property is beautiful. Everything is very clean. The new decor is very nice. There is no door to separate the room from the tub. The shower floor is extremely slippery! Be very careful! I requested two specific rooms, next to each other. I was given the room numbers I requested BUT was not told they changed to sequence of numbers, therefore did NOT get the rooms I wanted. Also, expected to be on the Riviera side (which was supposed to be done by my check in) but was put in the Sunset side. The buffets are very small, not like they used to be with No fun theme nights. Not enough bar staff. The staff driving the little trolly on property are the fantastic! Hope you all are lucky enough to have Bernie as your driver! I have been to this resort 6 times and will continue to return with a knowledge to lower my expectations. Just not the same. "
