"The customer service was very good. Our room wasn't quiet the first night but they managed to move is to a better room with no issues. They even texted to follow up ensuring we were pleased. Desk staff were awesome. Room was bright and cheery. Great showers and good beds. Location was perfect. "

Beds are comfy, living and dining room are huge and the house has lots of small details like board games and kids' toys that were awesome for keeping us occupied during downtime, plus all the kitchen essentials. The house is old, lived-in and quirky. This suited us fine; it took a bit of fiddling to get heat flowing through the house on unseasonably cold days (keeping certain doors open, positioning fans/heaters etc.) but it was no big deal. Super easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend this place."
