Third visit to this property in the last six months. Two weeks prior to my last visit, I was welcomed back to the property with sparkling water and a fruit plate. This time around, there was nothing welcoming me back. At 10:15 pm on Friday I called for room service and got the front desk. He helped me locate the room service menu and said to call back when I was ready to order. The choices are so limited after 10 pm that it took me 5 seconds to call back. I got the front desk again and he said the room service person must be delivering an order. Front desk guy said he would radio room service guy and have him call me. Never heard from anyone. Sure would have been nice if I had a fruit plate in my room to fall back on. Last time at the property, I got a text at check in saying to let them know when I needed anything. I didn't get a text this time. I also didn't get a copy of my portfolio emailed to me and it has been three days. I just requested it. It's like I was at a different property even though it was only two weeks between stays.
