The level of cleanliness is better than most.As it is situated in the centre of the Island it is always convenient to your next destination.The garden is very private, with lots of room to play.There is a lot to do on Phillip Island these days."

"We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need, plus oil, salt pepper etc in the pantry. Master bedroom does get very hot during the day but cools off quickly in the evening using cross breezes and overhead fan. Lovely views over farmland to the bay"
