Penguin Parade Tours and Activities

The Penguin parade was way too overcrowded. Thousands there and they would stand and block your view whenever a penguin made it to shore. Stayed longer and eventually got a better position and our children got close to some penguins. Don't try to buy food there. I stood in line for 20 minutes to get popcorn only to have the machine need to be re-started. I was told very rudely that I couldn't pay and wait 5 minutes for the popcorn but would have to go to the end of the line and try again. After paying over $70 just to get in, that was very poor service and just not good enough. I couldn't even get to talk to a manager because they didn't know who to ask. Great penguins. but very poor service.

there are too many people there and it's not good view if you stay at the top.

Acess to the actual parade requires tickets which it is best to PRE-BOOK online.

Its gets regardless of how the day was and in summer don’t expect the penguins to be out before atleast 8:45
