"This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff at the front desk and concierge are excellent. The housekeeping could have been better. Also, it was incredibly inconvenient that the washrooms on the main floor were not in service."

"Perfect location, 3 mins walk from Tower Hill underground. Staff were friendly and efficient and room was very clean. Lovely touch of cake/chocolate/card with 25% off bar left as we were celebrating a birthday. Rooftop bar really good on the Saturday night with DJ - perfect end to our day. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Will stay here again for our next London trip."

"Leman lockewas an excellent choice for our stay in London. We loved having the kitchen set up. The washer dryer combination was not useful for drying. And the only other complaint was that one of the elevators was down the whole time we were there."
