"Breakfast on 22nd floor was great - both the food and the view!"

"We stayed in the room 1177. The bathroom is so old. Water is leaking from the bathtub. The sink has a crack line. Pillows are very still. There aren't any variety available. All are the same stiffness. One good thing is the room has one separate king bed in the bedroom and the outside has 2 double bed. One bad thing is the bathroom is in private bedroom. Like the room at howard Johnson hotel, the bathroom is outside. Therefore, the bedroom has privacy and at the congress plaza hotel has no privacy. Hard to close or open the curtains. The door knob is not working. Location of the hotel is good. The hotel needs to remodel and building improvement."

"The room was perfect. Staff attentive. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast menu options so we opted not to eat at the adjoining restaurant. Hotel very clean. "

"Friendly staff and great location if u want to explore Chicago’s Chinatown but it’s also closer to downtown Chicago as well. Lots of amazing food choices and cheap parking around the area compared to the rest of Chicago."

"Refused my registered service dog and I at the door and then refused to refund me. Stated they are adhering to their cancellation policy which I super did NOT cancel. I was told tough luck I should have read the policies more carefully. My dog is in fact registered with the ADA and yes I sure did present my card for proof. Super not worth the price. Same price you get a much better bang for your buck at Dorothy’s bed and breakfast. I would never ever try to stay here again"

"Beautiful view and loved having a full-size fridge in the room. They had a different breakfast every morning, which was nice- I want to get a quick start to the day. Shower is very powerful."
