Great service. Clean rooms. Quiet and good parking

This is a great hotel that’s really conveniently located. Rooms are lovely and clean, beds are comfortable, parking is easy and free and the overall property is a great contemporary style. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s my go-to when I need to stay in the area.

We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.

Loved everything about it from the staff service to the room. I was able to check in early which was a bonus. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. Definitely coming back.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Originally a 1 night stay. It we called and added a night with no issues, matched the cost Clean, tidy and quiet Only thing was there is one small lift to service the whole accommodation Friendly and helpful staff Excellent facilities including toaster kettle cooking facilities.

Well set up apartment. There was everything I needed. Although I didn't use it, there was even a place to hang some washing. The rooms were roomy. I was able to cook a simple meal. The only negative, is that the car parking is on the street. However, it's a very quiet street.

We just stayed a single night at Chateau Yering while attending a local event. It was a very comfortable stay, room was large, staff very professional and clean and breakfast of high quality. Just a small negative in the shower, there is a small soap holder affixed to the wall which is great for the small bar of soap provided. Only problem is there is then nowhere to put your shampoo and conditioner except the floor. Us oldies can find bending over in the shower a bit of an problem. An...

This place is amazing, cannot fault it! Check in staff extremely friendly as was Brett the cottage manager who met us at our cottage and went through everything with us. Nestled at the back of the golf course it was so quiet and relaxing! The cottage itself was clean and extremely spacious. Our 16 month old daughter loved seeing all the kangaroos that were laying about in the afternoon sun. Will definitely be coming back, we loved it!

We were given an apartment unit for our stay, the managers/owners were very helpful and friendly. It was our base for a pleasant visit to Melbourne. Very easy access to Melbourne and far enough away to be affordable. Surrounding neighbourhood area is a bit ordinary but the unit we had was excellent.

The room size was amazing, I enjoyed having very reasonable priced cocktails at the bar. My safe could not be used - it was broken. Maybe check this before guests are welcomed into the room.

My room was so beautiful and clean. The bed very comfortable and clean. There was extra blankets in the wardrobe. They even thought of indoor comfortable slippers. The bathroom was so beautiful and clean. I loved the private little outdoor sitting area with a beautiful view of the vineyard and horses while having coffee or tea. It was very quiet. Lovely stay, clean comfortable. Great breakfast. A bonus was sitting have a quiet drink on the upstairs balcony.
