"Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was great with letting early check-in when I dropped my luggage off and let me store luggage for a couple of hours after check out. Nice hot shower. Breakfast pastries yummy. "

"Convenient location close to Grand Central. Easy walk to to Broadway and restaurants. Very friendly team! We’ve stayed here before and look forward to staying again in the future!"

"Breakfast was fresh and they had some different items to choose from. Room smelled clean when you walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Parking is a little confusing at first. When you get there you have to pull in front of the garage door next to the front door and then go in to pay for parking. There are only a certain amount of spots so it’s first come but once you pay your parking is secure until you check out. Gated parking in back. Short walking distance to the train and a 10 min uphill walk to the subway. If I ever need a place to stay in the Bronx again, I will choose highbridge."

"They should take us before 3 pm because the last time we arrived to New York around 11 am and they let us wait seating in the lobby around 4 hours very BAD"
