From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our entire trip. The hotel has a wonderfully family-oriented atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely, homey feel to it that made it very comfortable to relax in after a long day. On top of that, you cannot beat the great location—it put us exactly where we wanted to be. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grand Bend, especially families. We look forward to our next visit!"
