"My family of 5 had two rooms, one a family suite that was very comfortable for the couple and one 11-year-old, and a twin bed room. The manager allowed us to store our 7 bags of luggage in a secure space upon our early arrival, allowing us to explore the city. Breakfast was excellent with many places to sit. The manager allowed us to store our 7 bags of luggage in a secure space upon our early arrival, allowing us to explore the city. Breakfast was excellent with many places to sit. Those sausages were especially yummy, as was the variety of food overall. The front desk made an extra effort to rectify a misunderstanding of the need for twin bedroom for my granddaughter and me, finding just what we needed without making me feel that I had misunderstood what I had reserved. The location in city centre not far from the train or shops or restaurants was just what we needed. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean. The only issue in the bathroom was difficulty for us in regulating shower temperature--perhaps a sign with instructions could be posted. Every staff person with whom I interacted was so kind and helpful. One even provided a map with clear directions to the train. Overall, the experience for our 2 nights in Bath at the Hampton by Hilton Bath City was unequivocally positive. I recommend wholeheartedly. "
