Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms. "

"Great apartment in the middle of the city. It had everything i needed, comfy beds and full Kitchen, smart tv etc. I have stayed in 3 different apartment woth this company and will be coming back"

"The apartment is in a very convenient location. It is comfortable. However, it is extremely noisy at night. Lots of partying into the early morning and the bedroom windows are single pane. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is not it. "
