This hotel was chosen because it is directly opposite the Philharmonic. It was perfect in every way. We have been to Liverpool many times and it is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
Greeted immediately at the desk, clear and quick check-in. Pleasant stay with particular recognition to the extra comfortable bed. Will stay here again.
Always a fantastic stay at Hope Street Hotel. Spotless, comfortable rooms, great restaurants, friendly, welcoming staff... and then there's the spa! Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the facilities and how nice the rooms were
Great venue, lovely room, curteous team and the food was great. The cheeseboard was expensive, but otherwise the value was really good.
All in all, this venue has earned a really strong recommendation, and I'll certainly look to revisit when next in the area.

Lovely staff and nice location. Unfortunately the room and communal areas are quite tired.

What a gorgeous hotel; stylish, open clean space with 2 great restaurants. We went here as we were going to the Liverpool Philamonic Hall for a concert. The hotel was directly across the road. Lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and 15 minute walk to all the shops. Lovely room, very comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with bath and shower.
We had an evening meal in 1931 which was lovely - Italian food. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of cereals, pastries and cooked food. There is a spa on site but we didn’t go.

The reception staff were lovely. The room (211) was overlooking fans on a roof that kept us awake for ages due to the noise. The room was beautiful but far too hot, even with all the heating off.
Our stay at Hope St Hotel was everything we wanted it to be. The customer service was superb, polite and efficient service was provided. We stayed for two nights and our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate in both of the hotel restaurants. We were particularly impressed by The London Carriage Works. The food was delicious and the service attentive. We look forward to staying at Hope St Hotel again and highly recommend the hotel.
Hope Street Hotel is a lovely centrally located hotel. Perfect for a couple of days stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and there are two restaurants associated with it.
