We had a lovely, clean quiet room on the third floor overlooking the dock. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful and busy breakfast times were well-organised and efficient. The location was really good for all the attractions in and around the dock, and a short walk into town.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring Liverpool City. Breakfast was very good and substantial. Our room was basic but clean and had a nice view over the Albert Dock. Top score for us was the genuine friendliness of the hotel staff. To a person, they could not have been nicer.

I would like to sincerely thank the check in staff for their kindness and support in organising a room at late notice when we were let down by our booking at a different unrelated hotel. We were very stressed when we arrived with kids in tow and no where to stay. They immediately calmed our nerves and sorted us out with a perfect room for the family.
