"Excellent service at check in. Our room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the linen superb. My only criticism would be that I don't think dogs should be allowed in the dining area. "

"Room was clean and was cleaned daily. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice with a choice of fry up or contintal options. Getting checked in was easy enough with giving simple instructioms and the housekeepers helped finding mt room and making the place feel homely. Bar area had plenty of selection of drinks and activies such as pool and darts. Plenty of restaurants and other bars nearby to choose from. Going upto the hotel/bar had Beatle theme decoration.A 10-15 minute walk to the Carvern Bar/Restaurant and Albert Docks also central to Liverpool Lime Street. Would recommend coming back here im the future."
