"Parking is not on site - it’s a good 5. Minute walk away at the NCP parking. I opted for a closer one and paid the little more. The American sounding receptionist is useless and isn’t interested in helping or has any knowledge of the city. Room is adequate. No tea coffee or kettle in room"

Fire alarm seemed to malfunction in the early hours was instructed to leave immediately, then went off, then made noises intermittently each time I fell asleep. No explanation at checkout, at checkout, neither lift worked. Otherwise reasonable hotel, in good position in the centre of city."
