"We stayed at the hotel for three days to visit the attractions in the surrounding area. Our room that overlooked the harbour, was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of foods from cereal and continental choices to full English cooked breakfast. We would certainly stay again if we were in the area."

"We loved that we were welcomed from first entering the hotel. Maria and Bethany, the receptionists not only offered ice creams and pastries, but gave us lots of tips on making savings at local restaurants and shops by showing our room keys. The disabled parking was full so we parked in Gunwharf Quays and the hotel picked up the tab, great. The room was a good size with the usual teas and coffee but there was also another coffee machine at reception with hot chocolate, cappuccino, latte etc...
