"A group of 7 of us went to Santa Barbara for the weekend to run a 1/2 marathon and spend Mother's Day. House was perfect for us...great location close to restaurants, shopping & beach; extremely well equipped; room for us all; and we had the best time! I'd really give them a 4.5 for cleanliness as the floors were dirty and some dirty rags were left in the bathrooms but otherwise it was great. Beds were comfortable and I'd totally stay there again!"

"The Property management team was amazing and incredibly responsive. The location is perfect with a walk distance to beach and downtown very close. Wonderful property. "

"Close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and especially the area of State St. where most of the activities are. Home is an older home that has been updated and provides more seclusion than a hotel. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. I would definitely use it again and owner is very accommodating!"

"If you are looking for a nice, clean, and calm place to stay with great affordability, look no further. The hummingbird suite, situated near the coast of Santa Barbara, offers great privacy and easy access to downtown. The host are very friendly and made sure I had everything I need during my stay. My girlfriend and I are very particular individuals and this suite was clean! The outdoor patio is perfect for a morning coffee/cup of tea while enjoying the sounds of nature.
