It was a last minute booking due to our delayed ferry crossing to South Island NZ...just for few hrs but Michelle at the reception was very helpful at that uncertain time with the ferry service due to deteriorating weather forecast.

We have stayed here several times, and they always great you like you are coming home. Beautifully presented rooms, with every thing you need. Petone is a great place to stay, just 20 mins from ferries, and a huge selection of excellent eateries close by.

Enjoyable stay for a few days. The room was very clean with perfect amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially those servicing rooms-daily. Great location, on-site parking and central to everything.

Did not like that only one key card was provided for the room. Without the key card in the room, the heat and power would automatically turn off. The key card is required to enter the building after 9pm. As such, I could not leave my family in the room to run an errand by myself after 9pm. Otherwise they would be left in the cold and dark

When searching for properties I was unsure about this one based upon the pictures - however the property is new, well position and extremely clean. Met the owner and he was very friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. Great place to stay.
