"Clean room, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, conveniently located. Regarding room upgrade, the room we received looked like what we booked (deluxe king), so I'm not sure we got an upgrade. Also, please tell clients about elevator access to level 1 for easier access to Lambden Quay. We discovered that on our own halfway through our reservation. It's easier and safer."
