"I love it second time here and is just stunning real clean was in the 19 floor and views are breathtaking also the breakfast buffet very good"

"We paid full price however the AC in the mid tower wasn’t working. Only in the North tower. The air was dead during the night. Because no air was moving, the room was hot and uncomfortable. If we knew the Ac was not working we would have booked somewhere else or at least expected a discount."

"our room was very hot and stuffy with no way to cool it down. The room itself was fine for how much we paid. I was kept awake until 1 am by the children in the room above me and woken up at 7am by screaming children in the halls "

"The shower water took a very long time to get warm. The view of the falls from the advertised picture is far from the truth. We are close to the falls but not very visible. It seemed that anyone could walk into the hotel without being a guest."

"The view was amazing. The room was clean. Other than some hand and nose prints on the windows over looking the falls but it wasnt a big deal by no means. Our breakfast was included with our room (all you can eat) it was hotel breakfast. If you have had it before youyou know what i mean. If you havent. Everything is fresh. The coffee was decent. And again you get to see the falls while you eat breakfast. Even lunch or dinner. Its the same area/restaurant. There is a pool in the swme hotel."

"Horrible we had a toliet that didnt work for 3 days would be running all night making so much noise bed sheets super dirty behind the tv on the stand full of food crumbs it was the worse birthday hotel i ever had to stay NASTY"
