"Room was a great size and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was just right next to the supermarket and a short stroll to the bakery and other restaurants. Will stay again."

"Nice property, nice welcome, a little far out of town if you don't have a car, some repairs required to a. front door, b. amenities cabinet, c. Handles to vanity in bathroom rusting, d. TN only had 2 channels - Is this normal for Yass? e. One of the car spaces where ground drops off is difficult to access and alight from the vehicle, f. Room 13 had one of the black seats with a broken back, g. There seemed to be no tea towel, detergent or wash cloth to clean up the dishes. We have stayed there 3 times, so overall generally nice"

"We have stayed here before but would not want to stay in the same room (25) again. The neighbours in the adjoining room were noisy and disturbed our sleep with their loud talking, especially when they returned to their room at 1.15am. The walls are thin and extra noise comes through the connecting door. Reception was very helpful and friendly on our arrival"
