"As a VIP booking I was supposed to get a bottle of wine for each room I booked, even though the booking was for my husband and daughter. However no bottles of wine and no mention about anything to do with them. If they weren’t entitled to them as I was not there then maybe this should be communicated to me prior to booking. Bit disappointing"
