"Room wasn’t clean when we went inside. Also last few pieces of tissue was on the top of the box without leaving the new box. Had to ask to get another one, but we actually had to go downstairs to get it. They didn’t bring it up. No complementary bottle of water in the room either. Not recommended."

"this was perhaps the worst hotel stay i’ve ever had. my room came with the previous guests’ vodka and cranberry juice in the refrigerator. my room was never cleaned over three nights. I SAW A GIANT RAT RUN ACROSS THE GROUND FLOOR BY THE ELEVATOR. the front desk clerk seemed entirely unconcerned. AC either freezing or left ABSOLUTELY SWEATING stained linens (brought my own) not even a single chair outside to sit in at the end of a day the hotel was filthy. one ice maker in service, on the bottom floor. the side door was TAPED OPEN to allow free access to the entire hotel at all hours. i am an adult who’s stayed in some sketchy places, but this was BY FAR THE WORST stay i’ve ever had."
