Booked under their previous name, when they changed names/company, my reservation wasn’t fixed so when checking in there was much confusion as it was showing only one night but I paid for 3. Card wasn’t working for side door entry everytime

Unfortunately the toilet made an awful noise all night. As soon as I arrived I reported it but maintenance wasn’t available to help that late. The front desk stated there were no other rooms available and we were too tired to look for another place. Coffee maker was dirty and cable wasn’t working. Too many things were overlooked; thus my poor review as the money paid seemed high for the room we got.

The staff was not friendly. The parking assigned is not clear at all. My vehicle would have got booted if i had not parked in the correct area. The hotel never mentioned until I asked the reception. The receptionist was not able to clearly specify the area. The lighting in the room was terrible.

Floors in the room felt like there was a sticky residue all over. Air conditioner worked great, shower was nice. I think a sign is needed to help find parking/the building; the building is tucked back just enough, with cars out front, to not look like the hotel. Coffee at the front shouldn’t be $4 for how small and burnt tasting it is.

We didn’t sleep because we were given a room with a door adjoining the neighboring room. Our neighbor spoke all night long on the phone. Terrible night’s sleep.

The woman who checked me in was a bit flat. She didn't have a very welcoming personality. And she didn't offer their signature cookie. My room was fine a d it is extremely convenient to the airport.
