Christmas week REDUCED! Come visit Newport and join in the festivities this holiday season! Boat Light show and all the mansions are decorated! Join in some fun holiday parties! This GEM of a house has been remodeled from top to bottom and is perfect for group gatherings or family shares! Spacious rooms, soaring ceilings, modern and fully equipped for fun is the perfect description for this splashy and sunny beach house which spans 3 levels! Ideal for families looking to share a place or a group of friends looking to spread out and have FUN!! So close to all Newport has to offer, but private enough to get away from the crazy downtown Newport scene! Quiet and peaceful area with birds chirping in the morning! Beaches are less than 2 miles away! Newport is less than 3 miles! This gorgeous beach house easily sleeps 8 adults plus a few more! (kids or guests) and has everything you could need or want while on vacation. Walking into the first level you enter a cool lounge like sitting area that overlooks a regulation size pool table and large screen TV. Down the hallway is a full-size modern bathroom and a large, airy king-sized bedroom. Opposite of this is the queen size bedroom which also has a twin trundle bed. Heading up to the second level, you enter the chef's kitchen with large island and soaring cathedral ceiling! Open and airy with crisp white cabinets, counter tops accented with turquoise tile backsplash. So fun and the perfect summer vibe! Gather around the farmers table which seats 12 plus people or dine out on the wrap around deck while enjoying the sunset! There are peek-a-boo views too! This level is an entertainer's dream......sunny, open and airy! Just walk down the hall and you will find the second full and modern bathroom with another king size bedroom! Next door you will find another queen bedroom with a twin trundle bed. Overlooking this level is a loft living room with another large smart TV and cool, colorful furnishings. Very on trend! This level, you can sleep up to 4 people as the sofas fold down (2 per sofa) We also provide an air mattress, if needed. There is a large wrap around deck with a dining table and gas grill on the second level, which is my favorite place to have an afternoon cocktail. There are peek a boo water views from the deck!! (it was a surprise to us) The first level has an outdoor sectional sofa along with a fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs for those cooler nights. Great spot to toast marshmallows or sip wine! Completing the package we have installed a SONAS speaker system which provides music for all 3 levels. This house was designed with the beach and fun in mind.........come enjoy the Dahlia house! Wonderful house to spread out and enjoy! The yard is also fenced and in a very slow paced area. "Pebble Beach" is right down the road, which is a nice spot to take kids or pets, early in the morning. Second and Third beach are right down the road which are fun swimming beaches. Also the house has newly installed AC mini splits in each room and has new exterior paint.
