"Staff was amazing and so welcoming and friendly. Big suggestion sign posting as to where main check in is for all buildings... room was a big tired as far as sink as and in need of replacement. We have stayed in Newport many times over 30years - recently having rented the entire Chart House for long weekends over past 5years each fall, so know we know what to expect from Newport Inns...just needs some attention."

"Loved being able to walk to the town. But just far enough away to be quiet, which can be a problem in BI. The small bar in the Atlantic, on the same premises was friendly, quaint and the drinks were good! We could see the ocean from our room."

"Clean and comfortable room. It would be helpful if there was a grab bar in the tub as there was done and the tub was very slippery. There was also quite a bit of ice buildup in the freezer of the small refrigerator."
