Beautiful property in a great location - walkable to downtown, mansions, and Cliff Walk, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Loved the front porch and all of the little touches that made us feel welcome.

We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!

We usually stay at the viking. This was a refreshing change. Host was wonderful. Check in a breeze. My husband was happy he runs hot. I was freezing sleeping and i didnt bring my blanket. Next time and there will be a next time i am bringing my blanket. Feels like home....

Dog friendly and very comfortable

We always love staying here. So good that we can bring our dog as well. Very pretty rooms, quiet area, and close to most things. We used to love their hot breakfasts as well.
